Booking & Payment

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your service date.
The remaining 50% balance will be automatically charged two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled service date.
Appointments are not confirmed until the retainer is received.
The retainer reserves the service date and is earned upon booking.

Add-Ons & Travel Fees

Additional artist fees and travel fees will be added to the total service balance and included in the retainer and remaining balance.
Travel rates are based on distance and time.
Additional artist fees are based on the number of services booked and the time required to complete them.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

The retainer is non-refundable.
One (1) reschedule is permitted if requested at least 30 days in advance, subject to availability.
No-shows or cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled service date will be charged in full.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must notify us of any allergies or sensitivities in advance of the service date.
